Audio Conferencing: On-Demand (Reservationless) services
Customers have a conference calling account specifically to use on an as-needed basis. With On-Demand conferencing you can set up separate accounts for each of your users allowing you to conduct conference calls when ever and wherever you are - no more reservations. Each authorized individual on your account would receive a On-Demand card with the permanent dial-in number and activation PIN codes for easy access to their conference call.

Operator Assisted
For conference calls that require a more personal touch, we offer Toll-Free and Toll Operator Assisted conferencing, premium-calling services through which a dedicated conference operator hosts, monitors and coordinates an entire conference call. These services provide the extra control needed for important presentations such as:

• Investor meetings
• Board meetings
• Press conferences
• Training seminars

These features enable you to make the most of your conference calling experience.

Reserved-Automated Conference Calling

With Reserved-Automated Audio Conferencing, you are in control. Reserved-Automated Conferencing is the perfect solution if you wish to hold an audio conference but you don’t need operator assistance. As the conference host, you may pay all the conference charges or have each participant pay for his or her own charges.

To participate, simply dial a designated number at a prearranged time and enter an access code. You will be joined automatically. For security, access codes are only active during the time your conference call is scheduled. You may request customer service any time during your conference using your telephone keypad.

You may book an audio conference by phone, fax or online. Make sure you have an idea of how many participants you expect and any special services you may need, such as session recording or individual billing. If you need to schedule a recurring call, you may do so up to a year in advance.
